I Paid Taxes Via Auto Withdrawal From My Checking Account. Will I Get The Stimulus Check Via Direct Deposit?

I paid my taxes that I owed for 2007 via auto withdrawal from my checking this year. (I didn’t get a refund). I know they said the stimulus check would come via direct deposit if you did direct deposit for your refund, but does it work the other way around?
