Question by kzittlow: How can I get my towing company added to the network of companies that serve the auto transport industry?
We would like to serve long haul auto transporters by providing pick-ups, deliveries and storage. We would like to be listed as a terminal for the auto transport industry. How do we get involved with that network?

Unless you have a multi car carrier, they probably aren’t interested in what you can offer. For storage, they won’t pay you, they will use their own dealerships. Now sometimes there can be an opening in service to tow customer cars in, assuming they don’t have their own tow truck. I do all the tows for the biggest Chevrolet dealership here, but that wasn’t easy to get.

There is an online auto transporter terminal (towing company) directory at TerminalHub.com. I’m not sure what you’ll need to do to get listed within they’re network, but it looks like a great way to break into the industry.
