I would have liked a sneek preview of the product before purchase. It had too much talking by the presenter….it would have been better if the talking was in the background while persons were doing the actual activities being spoken about.
I found the video quite factual and informative, the role plays were good but it would have been nice if there were more especially in the CDW PAI and SLI section.
